Dr Sal Taylor

Dr Sal - Acupuncurist, TCM, Therapist, Facilitator & Teacher

Dr Sal completed her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 2015, graduating from a double degree of Human Biology and Chinese Medicine (in China) also including acupuncture.

Dr Sal first fell in love with Chinese Medicine while studying a degree in naturopathy and quickly changed her path to delve into the science and wisdom of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

“Travelling to Peru to learn more about plants and their medicines, and to India to learn more about the spirit, yoga and the connection between mind, body and spirit. These travels and studies have given me some inexplicable experiences and wisdom and have helped me in becoming a practitioner for patients, rather than for practise.”

Dr Sal is passionate about natural health and believe that by living by example is the best way to understand true health, wellness and the healing process.

“My aim is to empower my patients with the knowledge they need to sustain a healthy and dis-ease free life, along with treatments that leave them feeling refreshed, revitalised and relaxed!"

Lucy - Heart Safe Wellness

Lucy - Yoga, Facilitator, Musician & Teacher

With background training in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, Body Mind Centering® (BMC), Meditation and Music and a personal practice spanning 14 years, Lucy’s greatest passion is to create safe spaces for people to reconnect to their purest expression of Self, through connection to the body.

Although it may feel like the easiest thing to do is to avoid feeling, the only way back to Self is through allowing parts of me to feel the depth of what they are going through. To let the parts of me that are going through it know that I am strong enough to hold them and to love them. They have permission to feel and express themselves. And to also know that there is me, the Big Self, that is unconditional love, always. Ways of expression may be yoga, movement practice, ocean swims, connection to nature, creative practices, whatever feels like it gives me the permission to move stagnancy.
