Welcome to Heart Safe Wellness: Calm Minds, Strong Hearts, Thriving Teams

Life can feel full.

Work deadlines. Family responsibilities. Emails that never seem to stop. The quiet pressure to keep performing, even when your energy is running low.

At Heart Safe Wellness, we believe wellbeing does not need to be complicated or far removed from everyday life. Sometimes, it begins with something simple: taking a conscious breath, noticing how you feel, or making a little more space to reset.

We work with organisations, leaders, teams and individuals across Australia to support calmer minds, healthier habits and stronger connections.

Our approach brings mindfulness meets heart health. It is practical, experiential and grounded in real life, not just theory. We give people simple tools they can use in the middle of a busy workday, before an important meeting, after a stressful conversation or whenever they need to come back to themselves.

Breathe. Notice. Reconnect.

A More Human Approach to Workplace Wellbeing

Heart Safe Wellness was created to help people move from tension to calm, depletion to renewal, and disconnection to belonging.

For organisations, that might mean a team workshop, a restorative retreat or a leadership experience designed around clarity and sustainable performance.

For individuals, it might mean learning how to manage stress, restore energy or create a healthier relationship with work, rest and personal wellbeing.

Our work is built around three simple pillars:

1. Breathwork

The breath is always with us. It can become a practical way to pause, settle the body and create more space between pressure and response.

Our breathwork sessions introduce accessible techniques that can be used daily: at a desk, in a meeting room, outdoors or at home.

2. Mindfulness & Awareness

Mindfulness is about becoming more present to what is happening, both within us and around us.

Through guided practices, reflection and awareness exercises, we help people develop greater clarity, emotional understanding, focus and empathy.

3. Me-Time Wellness

Rest is not a reward for finishing everything. It is part of staying well.

Me-Time Wellness creates space for people to slow down, recharge and reconnect with what supports them. This may include quiet reflection, journalling, nature, gentle movement or simply having permission to pause.

These pillars can stand alone, but they are often most powerful when brought together.

Calm the mind. Protect the heart. Reconnect with what matters.

Corporate Wellness Workshops for Real Working Days

Our Corporate Wellness Workshops are designed for Australian workplaces that want wellbeing to feel engaging, useful and human.

A typical workshop combines:

  • Breathwork to help people reset and re-energise
  • An introduction to mindfulness and awareness practices
  • Fun team-building exercises and games
  • Simple tools employees can continue using after the session

The format is practical and welcoming. People are not expected to sit through a long presentation or absorb a list of complicated concepts. Instead, they experience the practices for themselves.

A workshop may be held at your workplace, at an offsite venue or as part of a broader team day. Sessions can be shaped around your team, your schedule and the kind of support your people need.

For organisations, the intention is to help reduce workplace stress, support focus and performance, strengthen team connection and lift morale. Over time, consistent attention to wellbeing can also contribute to healthier daily habits, stronger retention and a workplace culture that takes burnout prevention seriously.

Small practices can make a meaningful difference when they are simple enough to repeat.

Team Building Retreats That Make Space to Reset

Sometimes a team needs more than a few hours away from the office.

Our Team Building Retreats offer a deeper opportunity to step out of routine, reconnect with colleagues and return with renewed energy.

Retreat programs can include:

  • Breathwork and mindfulness
  • Yoga and gentle movement
  • Massage or acupuncture and acupressure with qualified practitioners
  • Sound healing
  • Me-Time Wellness
  • Healthy food
  • Fun fitness and outdoor activities
  • Team-building experiences and shared reflection

The emphasis is on choice. Physical and bodywork activities are optional, and people can participate at a level that feels appropriate for them.

We can create one-day, three-day or five-day experiences, depending on your team and objectives. Retreat locations include Manly, the Hunter Valley and the Northern Rivers in New South Wales, as well as selected locations in Fiji.

There is room for planning, strategy and meaningful conversation. There is also room for laughter, fresh air, good food and a proper pause.

That balance matters.

Work well. Rest well. Connect well.

Executive and CEO Wellness

Leadership can be rewarding, but it can also be demanding and isolating.

Our Executives & CEOs offering is designed for CEOs, founders and senior executives who want to lead with greater clarity, presence and heart.

Experiences may explore:

  • Conscious leadership and emotional awareness
  • The physiology of stress and performance
  • The heart–mind connection
  • Breathwork for decision clarity
  • Mindful communication and networking
  • Nutrition and recovery for sustainable performance

Support can be delivered through an executive wellness retreat, a mindful leadership series, a leadership roundtable or personalised coaching.

Our 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching offers a more individual space to explore resilience, performance under pressure, emotional regulation and heart-centred leadership.

Because leading others begins with leading yourself.

Men's Wellness Retreats

Our Men's Wellness Retreats provide a grounded, confidential and judgement-free space for men to release stress, restore energy and reconnect with their wellbeing.

The approach is practical and purposeful. It may include mindful breathwork, movement, fitness, nutrition, reflection and guided conversations about physical, emotional and mental health.

There is no pressure to perform or share more than feels comfortable.

The message is simple:

Strong does not mean silent. True strength includes awareness, openness and balance.

These retreats are designed to help men bring greater calm confidence into work, relationships, family life and everything in between.

Women's Wellness Retreats

Our Women's Wellness Retreats offer space to rest, reset and reconnect.

Many women spend a great deal of time supporting others. These workshops and retreats create room to receive support, listen inwardly and restore a sense of balance.

Depending on the format, experiences may include:

  • Mindful breathwork and awareness practices
  • Gentle yoga, stretching or movement
  • Self-care and reflection circles
  • Journalling and creative mindfulness
  • Nutrition and rejuvenation sessions
  • Sound healing, meditation and group reflection

It is not about adding another task to your list. It is about creating a supportive environment where you can pause and return to yourself.

Ground your energy. Restore your calm. Reconnect with your balance.

STOP... BREATHE... BE!

Wellbeing That Comes Back to Everyday Life

We do not believe a single workshop or retreat needs to solve everything.

The real value is in what people take with them afterwards:

  • A breathing practice before a challenging conversation
  • A mindful pause between meetings
  • More awareness of tension and fatigue
  • A healthier approach to rest and recovery
  • A stronger sense of connection with colleagues
  • A little more calm in a busy day

For organisations, these small moments can help create a workplace where people feel supported, valued and more able to do their best work without running on empty.

For individuals, they can be a starting point: a gentle return to energy, clarity and balance.

Heart Safe Wellness is here to support both.
